Delivery services and prices
Available Royal Mail delivery services and the applicable shipping price are calculated and displayed at checkout for your destination. Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct.
International orders
Delivery times can vary by destination and customs processing. Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for customs duties, import taxes or handling charges imposed by the destination country.
Damage or delivery problems
If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the artwork and all packaging and email clear photographs to caisarts.uk@gmail.com as soon as possible. If tracking shows an unexpected delay or the parcel has not arrived, please get in touch so delivery can be investigated.
